Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a HubSpot Automation Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing HubSpot workflows, creating automated email campaigns, and refining CRM configurations. The role involves streamlining marketing and sales processes, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing strategic improvements based on data insights. The candidate is expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
  • Build, test, and improve workflows, automation, and pipelines to support sales and marketing operations.
  • Implement platform changes, upgrades, and integrations as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process gaps and recommend solutions for improved CRM use.
  • Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data segmentation for better visibility and insights.
  • Support user training, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth CRM adoption across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist or CRM-focused Virtual Assistant B2B preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot tools — including Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Experience in workflow automation, reporting, and CRM customization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote team.
