Key Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing and operations teams in daily HubSpot activities
  • Build and manage HubSpot workflows, automations, and reporting
  • Assist with the transition and integration into HubSpot by end of year
  • Maintain and update CRM data within HubSpot
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and project management tasks
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace for documentation and communication
  • Generate and analyze marketing reports and dashboards

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with HubSpot (builds, workflows, reporting, CRM management)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience supporting marketing and operations teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must have own working asset (Computer - Atleast i5 processor and 8GB Ram; Webcam; Noise Cancelling Headset)
  • Must be amenable to working with time trackers (example: Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Clockify, Team Logger)
