Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview stages.
  • Participate in onboarding new employees, providing them with necessary information, and facilitating orientation programs.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records and databases, ensuring all data is up to date and accurate.
  • Process documentation related to HR activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and terminations.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Handle employee queries on HR-related topics and direct them to the appropriate person or department if necessary.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation.
  • Participate in performance evaluation processes and manage employee benefits administration. Interview Questions+2Yardstick+2

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain the office filing system and ensure all documents are properly archived.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for administrative documents.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Coordinate office procedures and ensure office efficiency is maintained.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
