The HR & Admin Associate is responsible for providing day-to-day support in human resources functions, office administration, and company compliance requirements. The role ensures smooth HR operations, maintains accurate employee records, and assists in implementing HR programs and administrative policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, initial screening, and interview scheduling.
- Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and other HR documents.
- Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (absences, leaves, overtime, etc.).
- Monitor employee attendance and leave balances.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Assist in implementing training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR compliance with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and DOLE requirements.
Administration
- Oversee office supplies and inventory; coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Manage office maintenance, repairs, and service providers.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and communications.
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic) for HR and admin records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures.
