We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth office management. The role involves supervising administrative staff, handling compliance and documentation, and supporting legal and HR functions. This is an onsite position in Makati City with opportunities for growth in a dynamic work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations and administration
· Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
· Support management in maintaining compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
· Assist in handling contracts, documentation, and basic legal management tasks
· Supervise and support administrative staff
· Prepare reports, schedules, and office records
· Ensure office upkeep, supplies, and cleanliness
· Support HR in timekeeping and attendance monitoring
QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate of Business Management or related field, or currently studying/graduate of Law.
· Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership.
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work onsite full-time in Makati City.
Preferably with experience or background in legal management.
