About the role

Heritage Multi-Office Products, Inc' is seeking an experienced Accounting Officer to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the company's financial records and supporting the finance department in delivering accurate and timely reporting.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
  2. Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  3. Conduct regular audits and implement internal controls to ensure financial compliance
  4. Provide support to the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  5. Liaise with external auditors and government agencies as required
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient accounting practices.

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  3. Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  4. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
