JOB OPENING: CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR / ELECTRICIAN

Planters Aggregates, Inc. is urgently hiring a Control Room Operator / Electrician to join our Operations Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling plant operations, maintaining electrical systems, ensuring safe and efficient production, and providing immediate troubleshooting during plant activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor the Crushing Plant Control Room to ensure smooth and continuous plant operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and control panels.
  • Perform corrective and preventive electrical maintenance of plant facilities, including motors, sensors, MCC, control circuits, and power distribution.
  • Respond to system alarms, equipment failures, and plant abnormalities.
  • Interpret electrical drawings, PLC signals, and instrumentation readings.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Maintenance, and Operations team to support plant efficiency and zero downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, plant protocols, and electrical safety practices.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Electrical Engineering Graduate, Industrial Electrician, or Instrumentation & Control Technology background.
  • With at least 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Plant Electrician or Control Room Operator in a crushing plant, batching plant, or similar industrial setup (Fresh graduates with strong technical background may also apply).
  • Knowledgeable in PLC, MCC, VFD, instrumentation, and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to safety and equipment efficiency.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and extended hours when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
