1.0 DUTIES:

1.1 Regular Duties

1.1.1 Supervises and participates in the construction, installation, modification, maintenance and repair of electrical appliances, systems, facilities and related electronic controls and devices.

1.1.2 Interprets blueprints, manufacturers, specifications, written and verbal instructions.

1.1.3 Plans and schedules work for the group ensuring proper distribution of assignments and adequate manning, space and facilities for subsequent performance of duties.

1.1.4 Assist in the establishment of preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and facilities.

1.1.5 Trains and instructs new employees.

1.2 Occasional Duties:

1.2.1 Prepares reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.

1.2.2 Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

1.3 Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior (Does not apply to top management.)

2.0 QUALIFICATIONS:

2.1 Education

2.1.1 At least licensed Master Electrician, bachelor's degree in (Civil, Chemical, computer, *Electrical and Electronics, * INDUSTRIAL, Mechanical) Engineering or equivalent with emphasis on electrical facilities management. Licensed Electrical engineer an advantage.

2.2 Work Experience/s:

2.2.1 At least 1 to 2 years as an Electrician or electrical operations.

2.3 Special Qualities/ Skills Required:

2.3.1 Must have good communication.

2.3.2 Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.

2.3.3 Must be highly motivated and result oriented.

2.3.4 Must have good understanding and planning skills in electrical wiring systems.
