OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

Location: Sitio Aguawan, Brgy. Sisiman, Mariveles, Bataan

Position Overview:

Planters Aggregates, Inc. is seeking a skilled and hands-on Operation and Maintenance Electrical Foreman to lead the electrical operations and maintenance activities of our aggregate crushing plant. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to maintain safe, reliable, and continuous plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Operations and Team Leadership

  • Lead and supervise electrical technicians in daily electrical tasks and plant operations.
  • Ensure proper functioning and reliability of all plant electrical systems and equipment.
  • Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, installation, and improvement of electrical and control systems.

Maintenance Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical systems and equipment such as motors, MCC, VFD, PLC, ATS, generators, switchgears, sensors, and control systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and diagnostic testing to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules to ensure continuous and efficient plant production.

Safety and Work Standards

  • Enforce safe electrical work practices and proper implementation of LOTOTO procedures.
  • Conduct regular toolbox meetings and promote safety awareness within the team.
  • Ensure proper documentation of electrical works, maintenance activities, and service records.

System Monitoring and Reporting

  • Monitor electrical performance indicators and recommend improvement measures.
  • Maintain technical records, equipment documents, and maintenance logs.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity and breakdown reports to the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Licensed Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Electronics/Instrumentation and Control Engineering graduate.
  • Also considered: Registered Master Electrician (RME) or candidates with strong equivalent experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience in industrial plant maintenance (aggregates, mining, cement, manufacturing, construction, or related industries).
  • Strong background in industrial motors, MCC, VFD, PLC, ATS, power and control circuits, troubleshooting, and motor protection systems.
  • Experience in leading or supervising an electrical maintenance team.
  • Knowledge in instrumentation, calibration, and industrial automation is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
