JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment within the facility. This role ensures that all electrical components operate safely and efficiently to support uninterrupted production and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and repair electrical issues in motors, transformers, control panels, circuit breakers, lighting systems, and industrial machines.
  • Install and maintain wiring, electrical fixtures, control devices, and related components.
  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
  • Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, relays, and other automation systems (if applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and support continuous operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts used.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff and production teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide on-call support when needed.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or vocational course completion; NC II/III in Electrical Installation & Maintenance is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as an Industrial or Maintenance Electrician (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and diagnose electrical faults.
  • Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures and workplace safety practices.
  • Physically fit and able to work in high places, confined spaces, or hot environments when required.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, overtime, or during emergencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
