Job Description:

The Electrical Technician performs maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, equipment, and controls in the power plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and maintain electrical systems, switchgear, and motor control centers.
  • Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure prompt corrective actions.
  • Support plant shutdown and start-up activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes and electrical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Electrician or Electrical Technician in an industrial or power plant setting.
  • Holder of a valid Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II certification.
  • Familiar with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and motor control circuits.
  • Basic knowledge of PLCs and power distribution systems is an advantage.
  • Must have strong safety orientation and attention to detail.
