Camp Netanya Resort & Spa is a leading hospitality provider in Mabini, Batangas dedicated to offering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Room Attendant to join our dynamic team.

Senior Room Attendant

As a Senior Room Attendant in Camp Netanya Resort & Spa, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, common areas, resort grounds, restrooms, function rooms, activity areas, and administrative offices. Your duties will also include laundry operations and assisting the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Manager with auditing and inspection tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn, multitask effectively, and help ensure our resort meets high sanitation standards, providing a comfortable environment for both guests and employees.

As a Senior Room Attendant, you will warmly greet guests while upholding grooming and uniform standards. You'll adhere to sanitation protocols, use PPE, and apply appropriate cleaning equipment to maintain high cleanliness standards. Collaborating with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Manager, you'll help develop policies, train new staff, and participate in audits. In room operations, you'll ensure efficient cleaning, thorough inspections, manage room inventory, and address maintenance issues while transporting soiled linens to the laundry.

You'll oversee laundry operations by maintaining cleanliness, sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens for timely delivery. Your general housekeeping duties include ensuring cleanliness in public areas, function rooms, activity areas, and administrative offices through tasks like dusting, mopping, and garbage disposal. You'll handle service requests, report repair needs, address guest concerns, and submit daily reports with photographic evidence. Additionally, you'll assist with shift coverage and perform other tasks as needed with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

● Musthavecompleted at least 2 years of any field; Hospitality Management or related field a plus.

● With NCII training certificate.

● Mustbewilling to work in Mabini, Batangas.

● Goodknowledge in the Housekeeping Department.

● Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

● Mustbephysically fit and with good stamina.

● Must be able to accommodate flexible work schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
