Conduct proper identification and preservation of evidence pertinent to security investigations being conducted.

Maintain a database and keeps documents and records pertaining to current security investigations.

Submit monthly and year-end accomplishment reports as directed by the Director, Security.

Provide liaising to other government agencies such as Airport Law Enforcement (ex: MIAA APD, PNP AVSEGROUP, CAAP CSIS) and other Law

Enforcement Offices (PNP, NBI, PDEA etc) with regard to cases under CEB operations.

Follows any lawful order as directed by the Director, Security.

Has the authority to conduct immediate initial inquiry/investigation on violations/lapses committed by CEB employees and CEB contracted service

Safety Management System

For detailed responsibilities, authority, and accountability in connection with the SMS, refer to SMSM 3.50 – Safety Accountabilities (Middle Management).

For SMS training requirements, refer to SMSM – Training Requirements.

Security Management System

For responsibilities in connection with SeMS, refer to 5J AOSP Appendix 23-C Risk Tolerability Criteria.

LEVEL OF AUTHORITY

Coordination with other departments and Security Service Provider to ensure compliance on the requirements of 5J AOSP and NCAS

Qualifications:

Preferably a graduate of Criminology or any related 4-year course.

  • Any trainings/certification in any of the following is an advantage:

o Aviation Security Awareness Training

o Private Detective related training

o Any aviation security related training

Must have 2-3 years background as investigator in security-related environment.

  • Prior work experience with aviation security investigations is an advantage.
  • Prior work experience in working with local authorities is an advantage.
  • Having a healthy professional network with local authorities is an advantage.
