We are seeking a highly skilled Site Services Specialist - Sales (Spanish Speaking) with strong experience in Zoho CRM to join our dynamic team. This position plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving sales activities, and optimizing the use of Zoho CRM to enhance operational efficiency and sales performance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused individual who can lead cross-functional teams and streamline sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement of Waste Services:
o Responsible for procuring waste management services on behalf of Heartland Recycling Services. This involves sourcing reliable waste service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the services meet their customers' specific needs and requirements.
Cost Analysis and Pricing:
o Responsible for analyzing the waste management market to determine cost-effective solutions for Heartland Recycling Services. Employee will assess pricing structures, evaluate service offerings, and recommend options that align with their customers' budgets and objectives.
Customer Consultation and Qualification:
o Engage in thorough consultations to qualify customers and understand their waste management needs, goals, and challenges.
o Provide expert advice, guidance, and customized solutions based on their industry knowledge and experience.
Vendor Relationship Management:
o Manage relationships with waste service providers, including negotiating service agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and monitoring service quality and performance.
o Act as a central point of contact for both customers and vendors.
Vendor Database Management:
o Meticulously maintain the vendor database within the company. This will encompass various responsibilities, starting with the careful onboarding and verification of new vendors, ensuring they comply with company policies and industry regulations. It requires maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor information, including contact details, pricing, and service offerings. Contracts and legal documents related to vendor relationships will be stored and tracked by the Employee, with a focus on key dates and performance metrics.
Regulatory Compliance:
o Stay updated on waste management regulations and compliance requirements to ensure their Employer adheres to legal and environmental standards.
o Guide proper waste disposal practices and help customers navigate any necessary permits or licenses.
Problem Resolution:
o Serve as a problem solver, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during waste management operations.
o Act as a mediator between customers and waste service providers, resolving conflicts and ensuring smooth and efficient waste management processes.
Customer Service:
o Provide excellent customer service by maintaining open lines of communication, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and providing ongoing support throughout each stage of the sales pipeline. Employee will build strong, long-term relationships with their customers based on trust and reliability.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales management or customer relationship management, ideally in BPO (Inbound Calls) or related industries.
- Proven experience using Zoho CRM to drive sales, customer engagement, and reporting.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, including customization, automation, reporting, and integration with other business tools.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve sales performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in Google Apps and other productivity tools.
