Growing together. Software engineering involves applying engineering principles to the design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software systematically. Roles in this function cover primary activities across all technology functions, ensuring high-quality delivery for our telephony applications, products, and services, as well as understanding customer needs and developing product roadmaps.

These roles include, but are not limited to, analysis, design, engineering, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, operations, and delivery. Every position requires building quality into every output, evaluating new tools and techniques, automating tasks, building utilities to improve organizational efficiency, and influencing future capabilities through technology and innovation. Primary Responsibilities:Coaching and mentoring agile teams to drive transformation

Providing guidance during ideation, MVP, capability grooming, and feature roadmap planning

Identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Mentoring teams on agile practices, facilitating self-organization, and guiding towards continuous improvement

Ensuring compliance with employment contracts, company policies, and directives, including flexible work arrangements and other policies that may change due to business needs

Required Qualifications:10+ years of experience as an IT Agile Practitioner or Project Manager5+ years of experience leading strategic project and program implementations using agile methodologies

Proven success in transforming IT teams into agile delivery models

Experience managing high-profile, complex projects and multiple scrum teams

Experience with IT platforms such as WebEx Calling Cloud, MS Teams, and other unified communications technologies

Proficiency with Agile frameworks like Swift KanbanKnowledge of Project Management tools and systems

Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills

Proven ability to manage resources and multi-task in a cross-functional environment
