Job Title: Product Owner

About the Role:

The Product Owner will work closely with the product management team to translate product vision into actionable features for the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Consolidate and document product requirements, creating high-level designs and working with the engineering team for technical design.
  2. Support the scrum team, manage the product backlog, and optimize product value.
  3. Work with multiple Agile teams as a SAFe Agile Product Owner and DevOps practitioner.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum as a Product Owner or similar role, with expertise in Retail Lending, Credit Underwriting, or Loan Origination Systems.

Requirements:

  • Practical understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
  • Extensive experience in B2B software development, including creating and managing SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with micro-services and API-based products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Solid communication skills across all levels of the organization and international teams.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Engage with Product Managers, customers, and users to collect product requirements.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams, Development teams, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Data Science teams to create a prioritized feature backlog.
  • Lead product backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, defect prioritization, and project team release planning.
