Job Title: Agile Delivery Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Delivery Specialist to join our team. As an Agile Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, hands-on knowledge of Android and iOS app development, and experience working in Agile teams. Prior experience in banking, financial applications, or FinTech will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, guiding them in applying Scrum and/or Kanban practices.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and reviews.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of business priorities and project goals.
  • Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality mobile applications (Android & iOS) within agreed timelines and scope.
  • Mentor team members in Agile principles, project management practices, and effective team collaboration.
  • Ensure delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive innovation by leading ideation, knowledge-sharing, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or equivalent role.
  • Strong understanding of Android and iOS app development processes.
  • Experience working within Agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
  • Prior work experience in banking, financial applications, or FinTech is an advantage.
  • Advanced Project Management skills with the ability to lead multiple assignments effectively.
  • Knowledge of various Project Management frameworks and SDLC methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, mentor team members, and drive group-thinking sessions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
