Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Operations and Technical Services Assistant, located in Metro Manila. The Pre-Operations and Technical Services Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support, preparing and reviewing documents and reports, conducting data analysis, organizing and coordinating pre-operation activities, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The role will also involve ensuring that all technical services and pre-operation activities are conducted efficiently and meet the required standards.

  • Technical Services and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
