· At least 2 years relevant experience in similar industry

  • With good working relations with Developers/Owners, Architectural Consultants and Contractors of building and industrial projects
  • Can read engineering drawings

· Willing to learn Cementaid Waterproofing products and Method of Application.

· This job involves learning and developing competence in the company's products and technology, as well as the construction industry and competitors' products. The role involves developing and executing sales plans, prospecting, and maintaining a personal customer list, conducting technical presentations, providing pre-sales technical assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual is responsible for training distributors and conducting on-site product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves providing regular sales forecasts, recommending alternate methods for promotion, and assisting colleagues in achieving their work output levels

· Learning and being highly competent in the company's products and technology.

· Learning about and being competent in knowledge of the construction industry and in our competitors' products and technologies.

· Learning and developing all the abilities to use the latest technology and skills that your post requires.

· Maintaining an optimum level of competence in selling ability and skills.

· Developing and executing sales plans and tactics that ensure optimum value, long term customers continue to rely on and buy Cementaid products and services.

· Prospecting, creating, developing and maintaining own list of personal customers.

· Regularly achieving an increasing personal level of sales above those target levels set and agreed for your post from time to time.

· Training, developing, assisting and supervising any sales, technical, site or other personnel assigned to you.

· Attending and participating in conventions, seminars, trade shows, etc., pertaining to the concrete and construction industry and Cementaid's interests.

· Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all of your activities, and timely compiling and delivering all reports of these activities as required.

· Maintaining the optimum positive perception and image of the company in the eyes of the industry and public, through your own actions and the actions of those responsible to you.

· Assisting your colleagues in achieving their own optimum work and tasks output levels.

· Maintaining the optimum minimum costs and expenditures in your own and subordinate posts, through careful planning and consideration.

· Carrying out all reasonable instructions and requests that may be given to you from time to time by the Immediate Head & Company's Managers, in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
