Job Description:

  • Thoroughly pre-checking all items in the pre-arrival checklist for each department of Reservations, Guest Experience and Operations. This includes - but not limited to - ETA/ETD, bed configuration, number of guests, extras, guest services, payments, etc.
  • Ensuring timelines under Pre-check standard are accurately being followed on the dot without any delays.
  • Obtaining and correctly recording in Freshdesk & RoomBoss all details related to the booking and guest (includes but not limited to service, service dates, booking preferences, customer details, etc.)
  • Ensures payment dues are raised to the Reservations, Payments and Guest Experience Team Leads / Managers for further escalation and follow ups.
  • Ensures cancellations due to non-payment (guest services or accommodation reservations) are liaised with the Reservations and Guest Experience leaders via daily report.
  • Support any service bookings that need to amend, refund, cancel, and/or receive credit. This includes coordinating with relevant departments regarding the changes.
  • Submits daily pre-check report of all bookings with updates inclusive of - but not limited to - on changes, payments, errors, to the Reservations, Payments and Guest Experience Manager and Team Leads.
  • Minimize losses by ensuring all payments are collected within payment timeline.
  • Ensures payment invoiced by the Reservations and Guest Experience Teams match the accurate payment collection total amount.
  • Crosschecks guest services booked by the Guest Experience team with vendors match the requirements and requests of guests.
