Recruitment Supervisor

The Recruitment Supervisor oversees and manages the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role involves supervising a team of recruiters, coordinating with hiring managers, recommend process improvement initiatives and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. - Team Supervision
: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and performance feedback. Will act as POC for recruitment concerns - Talent Sourcing:
Oversee sourcing strategies, including job postings, social media recruitment, job fairs, and maintain academe partnerships - Screening & Interviewing:
Manage and participate in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. - Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout from application until onboarding - Employer Branding:
Collaborate with marketing and HR to promote the company's employer brand. - Hiring Metrics & Reporting:
Track recruitment metrics and recommend process improvement initiatives to ensure targets are met - ATS Management:
Oversee the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, AB Sociology, BS Social Work, or Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- At least 5 years recruitment experience with at least 2 years in supervisory capacity; experience in hiring for both blue and white- collar jobs is an advantage
- Must have strong communication, interpersonal, negotiating and mentoring skills and can conduct training programs for direct reports
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.; must be well-versed in recruitment terminologies and strategies
- Highly organized, great at time-management and prioritization; Must be creative, resourceful and can adapt easily; has sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, emails and presentations
