Our affiliated manufacturing company in General Santos City is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee and strengthen our Human Resources operations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, supporting plant operations, and fostering a productive and people-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, and discipline.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs suited to a manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure full compliance with DOLE regulations, occupational safety standards, and other labor-related requirements.
  • Support plant operations by coordinating closely with production supervisors and department heads on manpower planning and workforce issues.
  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage timekeeping, attendance, and HR documentation in coordination with Admin and Payroll teams.
  • Lead employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve morale and retention.
  • Coordinate with external agencies (e.g., government, manpower partners, safety officers).
  • Maintain HR systems, records, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, workplace standards, and DOLE compliance.
  • Experience in handling rank-and-file workforce, unions (if applicable), and plant operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and timekeeping systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
