Job Description
The HR Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support in all areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping validation, HR documentation, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations aligned with resort policies, labor standards, and service quality requirements. The HR Specialist coordinates with department heads, handles employee inquiries, assists in policy implementation, and maintains accurate HR records to support efficient workforce management within the resort.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 6 months to 1 year HR experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel, or resort operations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and documentation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php18,360.42 per month
