As a Document Controller, you'll be responsible for managing and organizing project documents, drawings, and correspondence. You'll ensure version control, maintain accuracy of project records, and support project teams in sharing and updating files efficiently. You'll also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper documentation processes are followed in compliance with project and company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all project-related documents and files
  • Track document revisions and ensure the latest versions are shared with the team
  • Support the team with document uploads and control using document management systems
  • Ensure compliance with company and client documentation procedures
  • Coordinate document submissions, transmittals, and approvals
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation logs for project update

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in document management
  • Background in renewable energy or wind projects preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiar or willing to learn new document-sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex)
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
