We are Planas Chuliganas, a European BPO with a 500+ strong team, expanding in Cebu We're looking for Live Chat Support Agents to assist customers with eSIM activation, connectivity, and troubleshooting. If you have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset, this is your chance to grow with us

This is an on-site position in our office at Cebu Exchange Tower, IT Park.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent English writing skills with excellent grammar and clarity
  • Previous experience in live chat, email, or written customer support
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to eSIM activation and connectivity
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers with eSIM activation, setup, and troubleshooting
  • Provide clear, step-by-step guidance for connectivity issues
  • Maintain accuracy, speed, and quality in written responses
  • Collaborate with the team to improve support processes
