About the Role

Planas Chuliganas PH is looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy IT professional to join our growing team The ideal candidate will ensure that our office network, systems, and technology infrastructure are running smoothly at all times.

You will play a key role in keeping our operations connected, efficient, and secure—providing both proactive maintenance and quick solutions whenever challenges arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain office network systems, routers, and overall connectivity.
  • Serve as the on-call point person for any IT-related issues, including internet outages or system disruptions.
  • Oversee and regularly update the office IT inventory (hardware, software, and other tech assets).
  • Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including system upgrades and hardware replacements.
  • Be the go-to resource for managing and improving dashboards, trackers, and office templates used by the team.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Admin teams to implement tech-driven solutions that improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with company IT policies.
  • Provide basic user support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
  • Strong knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting, including routers, firewalls, and LAN/WAN.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, and cloud-based systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
