DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

-Check Weekly Sales Report of Luzon branches

  • Analyze and evaluate support letters, sale event invitation, calendar of sale events and the likes from dealers prior to submission to immediate head along with recommendation.

-Prepare and submit letters to dealers such as promotion letter, price adjustment, price list and the likes.

  • Monitor the implementation of promotions, sale events, online programs and social media activities as per approval and requirements.

  • Assure that all price list are updated and accurate in coordination with immediate head.

  • Coordinate with the Graphic Artist regarding layout for social media posting.

  • Monitor the creation, fabrication and distribution of brand marketing collaterals.

  • Monitor request of display fixtures as well as fabrication, movement and inventory.

  • Closely coordinate with other departments for smooth work process.

  • Submit required reports to immediate head on a timely manner.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate head.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Can work with minimal supervision

  • Can work under pressure

  • Email savvy and with active social media account/s

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
