Educational Attainment

Professional Experience

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client acquisition roles.
  • Exposure to real estate, condominium sales, or property management environments is considered a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, client conversion, and campaign execution.

Digital and Creative Skills

  • Proficient in social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Skilled in designing visual creatives for digital campaigns, including static posts, reels, and website banners.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies, including keyword optimization, Google Analytics, and paid search campaigns.

Sales and Outreach

  • Confident in cold calling, email outreach, and prospecting techniques.
  • Capable of nurturing leads and building long-term client relationships through personalized engagement.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, sales dashboards, and reporting tools to track performance and pipeline metrics.
