The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of CTS financing activities including qualification, review, assignment, monitoring and compliance with the developer's continuing obligations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible in reviewing list of pre-qualified accounts for CTS/SOR prior to availment.
  • Handles the account review and transaction documentation during actual availment.
  • Confirms the veracity of computations on assignment, interest rebate on settlement, and knock off accounts, if any.]
  • Supervises the after-availment activities and monitoring such as but not limited to updating of accounts' diary tracking in SAP and updating of monitoring file.
  • Checks weekly projection reports prior to submission to immediate head for review and section head's approval before forwarding the same to Cash and Loans Reporting Unit to facilitate preparation of cash flow projection report for the SMDC Group.
  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting as may be needed by the immediate head in relation to monthly reporting of SOR balances and rescission.
  • Manages the preparation and on-time submission of required documents during application for new CTS facility and its renewal through coordination with other departments.
  • Supervises the work of Treasury Assistants on all CTS related transactions and reporting and ensures that everything is carried out properly according to set turn – around time and follows established procedures and policies.
  • Maintain regular communication with creditor banks on CTS related matters and concerns. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the continuity of business for information and recording purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four (4) years Bachelor's Degree related in Accountancy, or any other related programs.
  • With at least three (3) years of working experience in Finance or Treasury in the same capacity. Experience in Data analytics and numbers is an advantage.
  • With intermediate knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications; SAP exposure is an advantage.
  • With good interpersonal & collaboration skills; Can communicate effectively with different levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills; Possess good presentation skills.With good problem- solving and decision making skills;
  • Should be analytical, with good numerical skills & resourceful.
  • Amenable to work in Pasay City from Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM to 6 PM.
