QUALIFICATIONS:

-At least College Level

-At least 6 months related work experience

-Background in Financial or Loan Institution is an advantage but not required.

-Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications.

-Familiarity with the different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage.

-Honest & trustworthy, "Can Do" attitude, with great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible. Creative and can think out- of-the-box.

-Willing to do 100% field work

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing;

  • Verify and confirm authenticity of the borrower's information and requirements in accordance to company policies & procedures;

  • Release loan proceeds to borrowers;

  • Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns and complaints in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in coordination with his immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments;

  • Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts;

  • Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies;

  • Analyses the market's potential

  • Provide market and competitor's analysis as needed

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed
