Duties and Responsibilities

  • Does initial interview
  • Sourcing
  • Attending to Job Fairs and other related activities
  • Contact applicants qualified for exam and interview
  • Facilitates Testing and checking
  • Assists applicants for interview of immediate superior and operations manager
  • Assist applicants for completion of their requirements
  • Coordinate Background check to Branch Managers (to complete the requirements after this process-if with good result)
  • Fill out of necessary documents before the company orientation (insurance, ID data, etc.)
  • Preparation of Attendance Summary.
  • Release of salaries through ATM or cash basis.
  • Summary of payments and check preparation for SSS, Philhealth and HDMF
  • Preparation of payment slips (manual and online)
  • Payment and Posting of statutory contribution to SSS and Philhealth offices
  • Payment of HDMF contribution through Bancnet/Egov services.
  • Filing of loans and premiums and other updates to government agencies.
  • Last pay and Certificate of employment preparation and release
  • Monitoring employee's contracts.
  • Follow up of for evaluation on a monthly basis.
  • In-charge of in-house trainings (if any)
  • Preparation of Employee Memo
  • Attend to grievances of employees.
  • Mediator for Admin. Cases (if any).
  • Attending to Labor issues.
  • Attending all government invited meetings for updating purposes.
  • Request for funding
  • Supplies and for raffles request
  • Preparation of Incentive request
  • Checking of PCF
  • Monthly Finance Report
  • Checking of incentive request
  • Update of masterlist
  • Preparation of employee contracts.
  • Documentation (employee memo, outgoing and incoming letters)
  • 201 File maintenance
  • Uniform and ID's
  • Birthday benefit implementation (cakes and birthday cards)
  • Facilitate employee clearance and exit interview
  • Performs other related duties s may be assigned by the superior
  • Checking of keys, cabinets, cctv and other physical assets.

OPERATION FUNCTION

Job purpose

  • Handling of all cash and check transactions of the branch.
  • Custodian for the cash collection of the branch.
  • Database manager of the branch.

Duties and responsibilities

Branch Operation

  • Recording and monitoring Collection and Official Receipts.
  • Releasing of Collection Receipts to Credit Analyst and receiving payments from clients; Issues Official Receipt to clients.
  • Checking of daily cash accounts (fund for release).
  • Posting daily payments or collection and clients who released their loans in the system.
  • Authorized for bank transactions and handling all cash and checks of the branch.
  • Releasing of cash to Customer Care Specialist for client's loan.
  • Printing and filing of Notes Collection Report and Daily Collection Report (to be checked and signed by the Credit Analyst).
  • Updating daily and monthly reports (as stated above).
  • In charge of safekeeping of the original OR/CR once used for collateral, Post Dated Checks, undeposited collection, unclaimed loans, petty cash fund, and unused Collection and Official Receipt.
  • In charge of branch's main door key and vault's combination.
  • Updating the President and immediate supervisor of the daily collection.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the branch manager and immediate supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
