JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates with external auditors in the gathering of data and provides supporting schedules for the preparation of the annual financial statements of SM Prime Holdings, Inc (SMPHI)., San Lazaro Holdings Corp. (SLHC), MOA
  • Esplanade Port, Inc. (MEPI) and Premier Clark Complex, Inc. (PCCI) for submission to BIR and SEC.
  • Prepares the computation for the quarterly and annual income tax for SMPHI, SLHC, MEPI and PCCI and files the return with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
  • Gathers relevant financial data and prepares the annual and quarterly reportorial requirements for projects registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).
  • Generates financial data through SAP/BPC and checks the completeness and accuracy of SMPHI, SLHC, MEP, and PCCI reports for consolidation.
  • Analyze and validate the balance sheet accounts movement of Head Office - Parent for statutory and consolidated reporting.
  • Gather relevant financial data and prepare supporting schedules for consolidated reporting as well as statutory reporting such as but not limited to Head Office Loans and Derivatives.
  • Reviews and consolidates Scorecard of mall business units and assists in completing other related reports relevant to other departments such as Investor Relations,
  • Prepares other related Parent and subsidiary reports or ad hoc reports for internal or external purposes, as required.
  • Assists in any other matters which may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS Accountancy
  • At least 1 ½ years of related experience With External Audit experience
  • Experience with Real Estate Companies and Publicly-Listed Entities (PLC) is an advantage
  • Certified Public Accountant or;
  • With External Audit experience
  • Familiarity with PFRS including updates
  • Knowledge of Statutory reporting and compliance
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
