New Business Channel Officer

We're looking for a New Business Channel Officer who will manage and grow the company's digital and partnership-based sales channels, while identifying new opportunities that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor performance of online and delivery platforms (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda, and similar channels).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through partnerships with corporate accounts, digital platforms, and institutional clients.
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions, menu updates, and service efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, aggregators, and key business stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop business proposals, contracts, and campaigns in collaboration with partners and internal teams.
  • Track, evaluate, and report channel performance metrics and ROI for management review.
  • Contribute to the achievement of overall sales and revenue targets through effective channel management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in business development, channel management, or key account handling — preferably in F&B or retail.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and proactive in finding ways to grow sales.
  • Experience managing GrabFood, Foodpanda, or other e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
