New Business Channel Officer

We're looking for a New Business Channel Officer who will manage and grow the company's digital and partnership-based sales channels, while identifying new opportunities that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor performance of online and delivery platforms (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda, and similar channels).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through partnerships with corporate accounts, digital platforms, and institutional clients.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions, menu updates, and service efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, aggregators, and key business stakeholders.
- Analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop business proposals, contracts, and campaigns in collaboration with partners and internal teams.
- Track, evaluate, and report channel performance metrics and ROI for management review.
- Contribute to the achievement of overall sales and revenue targets through effective channel management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in business development, channel management, or key account handling — preferably in F&B or retail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Analytical, data-driven, and proactive in finding ways to grow sales.
- Experience managing GrabFood, Foodpanda, or other e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
