With our growing nationwide operations, we are hiring Restaurant Managers who will take charge of both profitability and day-to-day restaurant operations.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for ensuring accurate handling of company funds, proper disbursements, collections, and daily treasury operations. This position will support both central office and store-level treasury functions, helping maintain financial integrity across our restaurant network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily cash collections, deposits, and disbursements
  • Perform petty cash fund monitoring and replenishment
  • Process and verify bank transactions and fund transfers
  • Prepare cash position reports and assist in treasury reconciliations
  • Support accounting in validating receipts, payments, and vouchers
  • Coordinate with store branches on treasury and cashiering concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in treasury, cashiering, or finance-related functions
  • Preferably with exposure to treasury operations, disbursements, collections, bank transactions, and petty cash management
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel & Word)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness
  • Preferably male (due to nature of some accounts-related assignments)
