Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive with experience in MYOB Accounting to manage daily administrative and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. This is a 100% onsite role in Angeles City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and office organization.
  • Prepare, process, and reconcile accounting transactions using MYOB software.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Assist with payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable as needed.
  • Coordinate office supplies, procurement, and vendor communications.
  • Generate and submit financial and operational reports to management.
  • Support other ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative and accounting experience, preferably with MYOB.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in MYOB Accounting Software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Must be available for onsite work in Angeles City.
  • Ready to start immediately.
