
Licensing Associate – Mandatory Benefits

Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Licensing Associate to support our consulting team in managing government registrations and compliance requirements for mandatory employee benefits in the Philippines. This includes registrations and ongoing compliance with agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, and BIR on behalf of our clients .This role is ideal for someone with experience in HR compliance, government relations, or corporate registration processes in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the registration of client companies and employees with Philippine government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, BIR).
- Prepare and file required forms and documents for company and employee enrollments, updates, and terminations.
- Liaise with government agencies to follow up on application status, resolve issues, and stay informed of regulation updates.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of registration statuses, account numbers, and filing deadlines.
- Track and ensure timely renewals and compliance submissions for clients across all relevant agencies.
- Provide support during compliance audits or inspections from regulatory agencies.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding regulatory requirements and provide updates on filing statuses.
- Support the consulting team in preparing compliance reports and client updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, HR, Legal Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in government registrations, HR compliance, or benefits administration in the Philippines.
- Familiarity with registration and compliance requirements for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, and BIR.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services firm.
- Previous involvement in employer-side compliance with Philippine labor and benefits laws.
- Exposure to client-facing or account management work.
Work Environment:
- Office-based
- Fast-paced, client-focused environment with multiple concurrent projects.
- Occasional fieldwork or travel to government offices may be required.
