Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: 4-year degree course is generally required.
  • Knowledge of compliance principles, processes, and regulatory standards.
  • Experience with business license applications and renewal processes at various levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines for license renewals.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data management.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications for record-keeping and reporting.
  • Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and draft various documents related to business registrations such as SEC, BIR and LGU, initial mandatory registration (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF) and amendment engagements for review of Licensing Manager.
  • Prepare errands and related documents, and coordinate with riders for filing with government agencies.
  • Coordinate regularly with Licensing Manager on updates and developments with engagements being handled.
  • Collect, compile and organize client documents in the database and file original copies thereof to respective client folders.
  • Calendar important deadlines of engagements and ensure timely coordination for related action with immediate superior and handling lawyer.
  • Aid junior associates on concerns and issues in absence of immediate superiors and when needed.
  • Research updates and issuances related to Business Registration engagements such as new processes, registration systems, forms, and requirements.
  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks of the team as instructed by immediate superior including but not limited to supplies management, incoming and outgoing documents, and organization of team meetings.
  • Request list of unliquidated funds from accounting and ensure timely and immediate settlement of the same.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and prepare reports as may be required by immediate superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
