General Description

The Brand Specialist supports the Marketing Manager in developing brand strategies and campaign concepts for our appliance product line. This role provides creative direction for advertising, retail, and digital campaigns ensuring alignment with product positioning. While content creatin is handled by other staff, the Brand Specialist leads ideation gives approval and uses AI tools to support insights and optimization.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Develop brand strategies for appliance categories.
  • Ensure consistent branding across marketing materials, packaging, retail, and digital platforms.
  • Create campaign ideas for launches, promos, and awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creatives and agencies to produce compelling advertising assets.
  • Propose content themes and campaign narratives for platform like Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
  • Align with the social media team and guide influencer/creator briefs to match brand tone.
  • Analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Gather feedback from sales and retail channels to improve brand direction.
  • Maintain brand guidelines files and visual libraries.
  • Submit campaign reports, brand updates, and competitor snapshots to the Marketing Manager.

Education & Work Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or Multimedia Arts, and equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Certifications in branding, digital marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience in product branding or campaign execution is an advantage
  • Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis
  • Knowledge of AI tools to support creative development, research, and campaign planning is an advantage.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Willing to report in Las Piñas City
