Overview We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy content creator who thrives in fast-moving environments. This role focuses on creating high-volume, trend-led content that directly fuels our social, eCommerce, and advertising channels. You will work with raw material (shoots, user-generated content, AI-generated outputs) and turn it into polished assets (videos, graphics, and motion) ready for immediate use across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Meta Ads, Klaviyo emails, and websites. Responsibilities AI Video & Creative Content Edit and produce engaging short-form video optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest, and Meta Ads. Create static and motion graphics tailored for performance marketing on Meta Ads, Klaviyo emails, and websites. Use AI and digital tools to generate creative content, streamline workflows, and scale production efficiently. Translate social media and platform trends into brand-appropriate, sales-driven content. Plan and deliver content aligned with campaign launches and seasonal marketing calendars. Collaborate in fast feedback cycles to refine assets with quick turnaround times. What Success Looks Like (Initial Phase) Assets are brand-ready with minimal revision. Content supports engagement and sales outcomes. Strong alignment with brand identity and campaign direction. Skills & Experience Minimum 1+ years of experience in video editing, short-form content creation, and graphic design. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects (plus Photoshop/Illustrator for supporting assets) Proficiency with AI creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, ChatGPT for copy assistance). Demonstrated ability to create content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Meta Ads. Skilled in producing static and motion graphics for email campaigns (Klaviyo) and eCommerce sites. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand style guides. Comfortable working across multiple brands with different visual identities. Ability to manage multiple deliverables with quick turnaround times while maintaining accuracy and brand alignment. Familiarity with eCommerce and performance marketing content is an advantage. Working Style Collaborate with Marketing & Design teams via Email, Asana, Dropbox. Work to weekly task lists and deadlines, with flexibility for urgent campaign requests. Provide draft concepts for review and refine based on feedback. Stay organized and detail-oriented in file management and version control. Bring a proactive, creative, and solutions-focused mindset to every project.
