Graphic Design

  • Design visually compelling marketing materials including property brochures, flyers, signage, social media graphics, email campaigns, and presentations.
  • Create branded templates for listings, open house announcements, and client communications.
  • Edit and enhance property photos and videos for online and print use.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute a content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories) to promote listings, open houses, market trends, and company updates.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community to grow followers and increase engagement.
  • Track social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay current on social media trends, algorithm updates, and real estate marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic design and social media management, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
  • Experience with social media tools like Meta Business Suite
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Photography/video editing skills a plus.
  • Understanding of real estate marketing, buyer psychology, and digital advertising is an asset.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
