Job DescriptionWe're looking for a dynamic and versatile Marketing Product Executive to join our growing team. This specialist role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and community, requiring a strong blend of communication, hands-on execution, and exceptional interpersonal skills. You'll be instrumental in onboarding and nurturing relationships with influencers, brands, and agencies, ensuring they maximize their experience on the luma platform.

You'll also play a key role in expanding our creator network. You'll act as a product evangelist, a community builder, and a key contributor to the overall success and growth of our platform. ResponsibilitiesLead the onboarding process for new influencers, brands, and agencies, providing comprehensive training on platform features, best practices, and effective campaign management.Become a subject matter expert on the luma platform, its functionalities, and its value proposition for all user segments.

Gather and synthesize user feedback (influencers, brands, agencies) to identify product improvements and potential new features. Translate user needs into actionable insights for the product development team. Provide first-line support for platform-related queries, helping users navigate technical issues and optimize their platform experience.

Drive adoption of new and existing platform features among our user base through proactive communication and educational content. Community & Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, authentic relationships with influencers and content creators on the luma platform. Understand their needs, goals, and challenges to foster a thriving creator community.

Cultivate robust relationships with brands and agencies, understanding their marketing objectives and demonstrating how luma can help them achieve their campaign goals. Actively contribute to increasing the influencer database on the platform through outreach, networking, and strategic initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain platform users, potentially including webinars, workshops, or educational content.

Identify and champion success stories from our user base, collaborating with marketing to showcase the impact of luma. Marketing & Growth Support:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling product messaging, sales collateral, and educational content that highlights the value of the luma platform. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the influencer marketing space.

Provide insights to inform product and marketing strategies. Contribute to the creation of tutorials, FAQs, and other helpful resources for platform users. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in product marketing, community management, account coordination, or a similar role within the Martech, SaaS, or influencer marketing industry.

Understanding of influencer marketing ecosystems, including the needs and challenges of influencers, brands, and agencies. Strong technical aptitude and comfort with digital platforms and data. Ability to quickly learn new software and explain complex functionalities to diverse audiences.

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
