
Digital Marketing Supervisor

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
● Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and teams.
● Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM systems, etc.).
● Strong understanding of data analytics and KPI tracking.
● Leadership and team management capabilities.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Digital Strategy and Creative Workflow Optimization
1. Develop and lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
2. Oversee and improve creative workflows to ensure scalable content production.
3. Ensure a clear distribution of responsibilities among the Creative Brand Specialist, Creative Marketing Specialist, and Creative Brand Associate.
4. Build template-based design systems that enable the rapid deployment of creative content.
Content and Campaign Management
1. Supervise the Creative Marketing Specialist in creating campaign visuals, social media content, and digital ads.
2. Work with the Creative Brand Specialist to design brand-consistent marketing assets.
3. Support the Creative Brand Associate in executing template-based content production.
4. Collaborate with content marketing and social media teams to launch effective campaigns.
5. Conduct A/B testing on creative materials to optimize engagement and conversions.
Creative Workflow Implementation
1. Integrate efficient creative processes and systems to optimize creative production speed and quality.
2. Implement solutions for batch resizing, content variation, and dynamic ad creation.
3. Train the team on best practices for streamlined creative production and efficient campaign execution.
Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Optimization
1. Monitor key marketing performance indicators such as CTR, engagement, ROI, and conversion rates.
2. Use data analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust creative strategies accordingly.
3. Generate reports with actionable insights to improve creative content and digital advertising.
Stakeholder Communication
1. Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
2. Present digital marketing insights and results to senior management.
Leadership & Collaboration
1. Manage and mentor the Creative Brand Specialist, Creative Marketing Specialist, and Creative Brand Associate to improve their creative and technical skills.
2. Work closely with content marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce teams to align creative assets with overall business objectives.
3. Provide structured feedback and review processes to maintain high-quality creative outputs.
4. Foster a collaborative environment that integrates efficient creative workflows to reduce manual workload
