About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at SJK-Guahan Inc. This full-time role will be based in Paco Manila City Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our diverse range of products and services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
  2. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions
  3. Developing and managing social media content and digital marketing initiatives to engage our target audience
  4. Coordinating with the sales team to ensure effective lead generation and conversion strategies
  5. Tracking and analysing marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and strategies
  6. Providing regular reporting and insights to the marketing leadership team
  7. Assisting with the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items

What we're looking for

  1. 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably within the Advertising, Arts & Media industry
  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, content management, and analytics
  5. A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities and multitask effectively
  7. Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
