Product Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to lead the swine product category portfolio across Southeast Asian markets. This role is responsible for ensuring the commercial success, innovation pipeline, and market positioning of swine products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, increase profitability, and enhance market relevance of swine products.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle: concept development, feasibility studies, launch planning, maturity management, and product retirement.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation through market insights and technical collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, and E-commerce teams to design and execute go-to-market plans that maximize revenue and market share.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Nutrition, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in agribusiness, livestock, or product management, with a proven track record in product lifecycle management, marketing activation, and category development.
