
Product Marketing Manager

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with sales and product teams.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our solutions in the market.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Sales Enablement: Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to equip sales teams with the knowledge and tools needed to sell effectively.
- Demand Generation & Campaigns: Collaborate with the demand generation team to create targeted marketing campaigns, including content marketing, digital advertising, and email campaigns.
- Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and data analysis to refine marketing strategies and enhance the product experience.
- Content Creation: Work closely with content marketing teams to produce blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars that drive product awareness and engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between product management, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment on product launches and initiatives.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- At least 5 years experience in product marketing, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly messaging.
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in B2B marketing within the IT industry.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies in product development.
