Job Title: Strategic Product Leader
Description:
We are seeking a seasoned product professional to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio.
- This role will ensure our offerings meet market demands, align with business goals, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and align product vision, strategy, and roadmap with company goals, user needs, and market trends.
- Make strategic decisions on product direction, resource allocation, and prioritization, evaluating new opportunities with data.
- Effectively communicate product strategy, status, and performance to leadership and teams, gathering input from key stakeholders.
- Ensure product initiatives align with business goals, collaborating with other departments for cohesive strategies.
- Oversee efficient product development processes, implementing best practices in product management, Agile, and user-centered design.
- Manage the product portfolio, evaluating performance and making lifecycle decisions, prioritizing based on strategic importance.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team, encouraging experimentation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team, promoting collaboration.
- Monitor product performance with KPIs, reporting regularly to executive leadership on progress and challenges.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies through market research.
- Champion the customer voice, prioritizing user feedback and engaging directly with customers for insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master's Degree (MBA or relevant Master's) preferred.
- 7-10 years in product management with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively managing stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while promoting a culture of innovation.
- Strong focus on understanding and advocating for user needs, with a passion for customer insights.
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and navigating challenges.
