at KEB Hana Bank's Manila Branch located in Makati City. The
Administrative Assistant (
General Affairs Staff
)***
will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including the following:

  • Handles budget disbursement
  • Verifies all billing statements, documents and processes payment
  • Responsible for tax/vat computation related to bills payment and prepares BIR Form 2306/2307
  • Responsible for monthly filing of vouchers and verifies expenses with the bank's system (Bankhive)
  • Keeps yearly record of issued BIR Forms 2306/2307
  • Responsible for overall safekeeping of bank's Important Certificates (from purchasing, safekeeping and distribution)
  • Responsible for daily tallying of unused Important Certificates in Bankhive against the actual.
  • Responsible for various office activities such as Christmas Party, Birthdays, Outing, etc..
  • Responsible for purchasing and inventory of office supplies, client's giveaway, and other office requirements.
  • In-charge of all other items related to General Affairs (Contract Management, Receives and logs incoming letter and documents, etc.)
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the HR Manager/ Back-Office Manager

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Proven experience in office management and administrative support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with banking and financial services is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
