We are seeking a Director of Business Development responsible for planning, developing, and executing the company's strategic marketing plan to drive new business.

Position Responsibilities The director contacts prospective clients and schedules appointments with our Business Development team.
You will help expand our organization through a process and productivity-driven approach. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business strategies Advise on investments and business opportunities, focusing on infrastructure Oversee sales and client engagement initiatives within the region Provide guidance and leadership to direct reports Use data mining and networking to discover new leads Confidently communicate benefits and organizational abilities over the phone Set appointments to generate sales and build customer loyalty Prospect for business partners and follow up with sales calls Develop and nurture a pipeline of leads from initial contact to closing Coordinate transfer of leads to appropriate sales team members Candidate Qualifications Wondering if you're a good fit?
As the Director of Business Development, you should be confident, outgoing, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 10 years of successful business development or sales experience Proven success in revenue generation and strategic partnerships Good judgment and decision-making skills Understanding of sales cycles and lead generation approaches Self-motivated, diligent, and accountable Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Experience in B2B marketing Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively Conditions of Employment All MCI locations require: Authorization to work in the country Willingness to submit to background/security checks and drug screening, contingent on results Compensation Details We value your contributions.
