Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our organization as a Business Development Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with expertise in strategic planning, marketing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's business strategy to drive growth and revenue.
  • Provide advice and recommendations on investments and business opportunities focused on infrastructure.
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales and client engagement initiatives within the region.
  • Guide direct reports, providing performance management and leadership.
  • Mine data and network to discover new leads.
  • Consult with confidence on the phone about the benefits and abilities of the organization.
  • Set appointments with prospects to generate sales revenue and build customer loyalty.
  • Prospect for business partners and follow up with sales calls.
  • Develop, organize, and nurture a pipeline of business development leads from initial contact to qualified/closed status.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively. They will also be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement plans that drive business growth.
