Position Overview

We are seeking a Director of Business Development who will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing the company's strategic marketing plan to drive new business. Your work is crucial to our continued success, and our compensation package and bonuses reward you for that contribution.

Position Responsibilities
The director is responsible for contacting a prospective client base and scheduling appointments with our Business Development team. We are a process and productivity driven organization, and you will be responsible for helping to expand our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Leads the development and implementation of the business strategy Provides advice and recommendations on investments and business opportunities, focused on infrastructure Provides oversight and leadership of the development and implementation of sales and client engagement initiatives within the region. Provide guidance, performance management and leadership to direct reports. Data mining/networking to discover new leads Consult with confidence on the phone the benefits and abilities of the organization Set appointments with prospects with the goal of generating sales revenue and building customer loyalty Prospecting for business partners and following up with sales calls Develop, organize, and nurture a pipeline of business development leads from initial contact to qualified/closed status As opportunities for the sale of existing products and services are identified, coordinate the
